Please read on!
Many of you may have had the opportunity to experience the very pathetic hosting provided by Registerfly via sagonet.com. Some of you not only have lost the hosting during this mess but there have been some requests by users here expressing that while they not only lost the hosting, they didn't have a backup of these sites. This is a problem and I've contacted sagonet.com yesterday and again today when I didn't hear back from them and spoke with the supervisor, Mike.
Unfortunately I was just called by the clerk's
office this afternoon, and Magistrate Judge Sharp just granted
ICANN's Motion to continue the hearing from tomorrow April 11th 2007 to
an undetermined date. I know this is bad news for so many of you
who are still trapped, and it is one more breach by ICANN of their duty
to protect the public.
