Although this has nothing to do with Registerfly, I'd like to take a moment to offer a positive solution to those of you who are domainers and, like myself have begin to dabble in web development. This website is built with Joomla and when I started this website, I had little or no experience in building websites... just a man on a mission against the poor practices of the Registerfly.
While I am periodically working on a new website for Registerflies, I've found a really neat solution that works in combination with Joomla 1.5 for the building of websites. This solution actually integrates a SalesForce type CRM into a Joomla website which provides lead generation, lead conversion, contact management, account creation and management, estimates, invoicing, support ticket system and last but not least, a project manager for team members working on a website collaboratively. Oh, and an FAQ. Click here to take a look at the current Demo .
Ok, couple days ago we reported the first Registerfly update since August. That day I called Tucows and spoke with a Sheila, (in sales) and was told that they are working with Kevin Medina and Robert Oneill to get them back on their feet. She said that David Woroch of Tucows had been down to Miami and paid these two a visit and are working with them once again. I've sent a letter to David Woroch asking for information and nothing has been returned. People seemed to be confused, with what Regfly is saying and what's really going.
Registerfly.com is now forwarded to the new Regfly.com. It's looks very similar and it's obvious it's Registerfly... Right? Well at this point, we're not exactly sure and haven't seen any press release or news about this. However, we did get a chance to talk to some interesting people that may help understand as well as a live online chat with Bob at Regfly.com and it's very interesting to read his responses. He was not interested in answering a few easy questions about Regfly and I'm posting them here. Read them for yourself.
