We've had a member send in some very interesting statistics that you may want to know about. You may be interested to know that the registerfly default nameservers are actually cname redirects for Tucows namesrvers, which we assume registerfly is leasing. This means that the registerfly dns records are not solely at nor under the sole control of registerfly. Someone with .NL ExtensionWould someone with a .nl extension (netherlands) registered through Registerfly tell us who the real Registrar of record is as Registerfly was not approved by SIDN (the .nl Registry)? They infact maybe reselling for Tucows who is approved by SIDN... but .nl is not listed on the Tucows reseller referral page. The StatisticsIt's come to our attention that almost 64% of the Registerfly registrations that have propelled them to the position they are in the Registrar standings are in fact .info registrations which they have been offering for $0.99 to $2.99. So 64% of what makes them the 11th Fastest growing registrar in the world are .infos. Interesting statistics isn't is. I remember when Registrars were giving away .infos. Makes you wonder about the statistical data and question what's really going on. As it looks, legitimately... Registerfly has a false bottom with the .infos so to speak, they aren't the giant they describe themselves to be.
