Why aren't my support tickets at REGFLY being answered?

Because... they 'dont have access to their help system' anymore... OR.. its just because they don't care about you and are overloaded by so many requests for help that they've given up. Or, Kevin Medina fired everyone again. Don't rely on them helping you via the ticket system.
