Kevin .. after being fired... changed all the passwords and configs to the RegisterFly website so that staff no longer could edit it or access it. He also edited the passwords to the help ticket system apparently... so that is why staff could not answer the help tickets. Seems fishy why it took so long for them to regain access.

Since Kevin Medina was awarded full ownership of RegisterFly by the courts, the poor support and customer service situation has only worsened after a brief period of improvement while under management of John and Glenn. The only person who can answer this question is Kevin Medina but he has made no official public statements.
