Registerfly - We all here because we have one thing in common, and that is that many of us have been burned by a company called Regsiterfly.  They do business under a number of other names as well but it's headed by Kevin Medina of New Jersey.

While this website is continually growing in traffic and response, I understand that it's not quite as organized as it should be.  For a long time I thought I was alone against Registerfly so I pulled all my domains out and couldn't save some of them.  They weren't $10,000 domains so for me, fighting with Registerfly on the phone and in public forums consumed more time than the domains were worth.  Aside from that, people had blasted my comments about them... well, that's not happening anymore as they too became victims of this terrible company - Registerfly.

Cutting to the chase, How can we help each other to shut this company down once and for all?  Based on what's on this website and research I've done, I wanted to provide a few links to resources that would help give Registerfly some of that attention they so well deserve.  These links are important and I request that each one of you follow the links and take the time to send in the complaints.  You could do one complaint and copy and paste it.

Please follow the below steps in order to stop Registerfly

• File your complaint with Internic - I know, I know.. everyone sees that site and are under the impression that the links are forwarded directly to the Registrar the complaint is filed on, and you are correct.  Internic does however monitor the traffic and frequency of these complaints and by all of us filing a complaint, it will send up red flags all over the place.  Don't expect a personal response and certainly don't expect Registerfly to read all the complaints because they are understaffed as it is.  This isn't the end-all though, this is just the first step and unless we all file, they won't get noticed.  Do your part in preventing any more Registerfly bad business practices to harm others and File Your Complaint Today!

• Forward your complaint to all of these email addresses I'm going to list for you.  I apologize to the folks in advance for posting their email but it's time that Registerfly and or ICANN start doing their job.

• Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it -  Mohamed Sharil Tarmizi is Chairman of the Government Advisory Committee (GAC) in ICANN and is the liason from the GAC to the ICANN Board.

• Internet Crime Complaint Center - File a complaint here - The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) was established as a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) to serve as a means to receive Internet related criminal complaints and to further research, develop, and refer the criminal complaints to federal, state, local, or international law enforcement and/or regulatory agencies for any investigation they deem to be appropriate. The IC3 was intended, and continues to emphasize, serving the broader law enforcement community to include federal, as well as state, local, and international agencies, which are combating Internet crime and, in many cases, participating in Cyber Crime Task Forces.

• IMPORTANT - Participate in the Link Exchange Program on our website.  This is the best way for Registerfly to get the attention it deserves.  If you are a website owner, please please participate with us to build Link Popularity.  This is an area of the website that needs attention and will increase traffic much more than the steady traffic it receives now.

• ICANN WIKI - Edit the description to provide accurate information of their business.  They are on there daily changing it back but let's keep Registerfly busy and let Everyone know the true crooks that they are.  Anyone can edit the Wiki Document so CLICK HERE to make a full edit of their description and then check it often and keep changing it back.  Get creative with your description as all descriptions are held in the history.  If you look in the history you'll see tons of changes to the description... lets add another ton or two to help Registerfly get some recognition.

• Last but not least, if you have extra funds available to you, please make a donation to the cause.  Once there is enough funding, we can add banners to other frequented sites for even greater exposer.  Besides, this site takes time and money to operate and I don't have any domain names with Registerfly... I'm free.  This site is here for you.  For those of you who have donated something, thank you sincerely as your donations give me the energy to continue on with this site... I know how much it means to you that this site stay up.
