Submitted forms will be Sent to High Level Support for Immediate Attention!

John and Glenn of Registerfly have set up a special email for all of the registered members of this website in which a support form we've provided to help in the process has been published and is available to all registered members of Registerflies.com.  The are gaining control of the servers and they are working around the clock to train new support staff and address these issues.

Once you've registered on this site, there will be a 'SUPPORT FORM' button on the top of the page and in the Main menu that will sent directly to top staff at Registerfly.com so that they may address the issues promptly.  Please be brief and to the point as most of the support staff is going to be relatively new.

Please fill out the information accurately and describe your problem briefly.  There are going to be a lot of submissions so please be patient as each problem is dealt with individually.

Please do not submit multiple forms.  Just one form per registered User.

I will update any addtional information below.

Guys, this is a step in the right direction you are to be congratulated for taking control.

I'm going to wait and let the urgent cases get handled first and I suggest you all do the sasame.

If its not an EMERGENCY, then let them clean things up and they can deal with our issues later. My first problem comes up in about 3 weeks when one of my domains is up for renewal. I'm hoping you have things well under control by then.

THANK YOU for this response.!

Admin - thank you for this extra effort and for your efforts to provide an access point to help on this. People have no idea how much work the regfly ppl have to do, and how way overloaded the Ticket system is,

much appreciated, especially since there will be a long line of ppl needing help. Registerfly.com is down for fixing, not dead , so this site is the ONLY helpdesk access-point there is.

re: People have no idea how much work the regfly ppl have to do, and how way overloaded the Ticket system is,

As their customer I don't give a flying you-know-what. They should be staffed to handle the business. As it is for the last year and a half they have had painfully long hold times and multiple days would go by before responding to a ticket, and their only solution is "resubmit it"

If this works, I'll be so damn happy.

My domain expired on 1/6/07 and went into redemption on 1/15/07. I've been fighting with them ever since. My domain finally went into Pending Deletion and should be free on 2/21. YEA, I've got GoDaddy monitoring it for back order, hopefully they can grab it from RegisterFly. I feel like I'm describing a hostage situation and the SWAT team is ready to go on a rescue mission.
The $60 fee to get the domain out of redemption has been in my account since 2/1/07. Maybe they'll refund it if they loose the account to GoDaddy.
Yeah right, and pigs will fly too!

Sorry to clog up these comments with my whingeing. This is way too late for me. I cringe everytime I see my domain that rf lost for me for sale on the net for $US1250. IIRC, Glenn was the given name of one of the people I had so much trouble getting to acknowledge and fix rf's mistakes.

Other than my one domain that has expired and the missing money from my account I think ALL my problems could be fixed by ME if they would just release the damn things.

Anyway, I'll just have to fillout the form tonight I guess

Does anyone know if we should be getting a confirmation email showing that our form submission was received by the folks working on the RF issues

Thank you
extremewealth - Some domains expire tomorrow Registered | 2007-02-20 12:21:17
I have been trying to renew and/or transfer my domains from Registerfly to Godaddy for a couple months with no luck. They still say locked, but show as unlocked. I've paid to renew them, but the renewal is not showing. They took the money and no service. Help please. I am loosing some of my domains tomorrow. Here is a list of my domains:

passiveisking.com
thepassivesystem.com
watchandprosper.com
youstinkatmakingmoney.com
yousuckatmakingmoney.com

How can we get this resolved? If I loose these, I loose it all.

Thank you for any help you can give me. My registerfly ID is extremewealth

Boy the payment system seems to be working GREAT...No problems there...They knows its charging with no results for the customer.I could see them having problems for a few days , but weeks..get some real techs i there an manually fix tickets...

They should of shut that part down and at least post info on there webite about whats going on.And put all domains on hold so they won't expire...
I mean maybe I ask for to much, but come on....
