The last place Registerfly needs help is in the sales department. You would think they would focus on the unhappy customer base and fixing the issues, not trying to go out and fraud even more people.

registerfly.com is a scam and not a ligit buisness. they may have corperate status but are not professionals. These scum bags are stealing from lagitimate buisness. their buisness ethics are more than questionable. Chris is a dishonest individual. Ive only experienced patronizing dishonest run around from customer support. its sad to see a company like this grow and increase profits at the great expense of others. I aquired my domain name with a buisness I purchased. Im astonished at their methods and incompitence with something as simple as renewing a domain name for a customer Registerfly.com cost me a great deal of anguish and capital with the full hault of my buisness going on 8 days in one of my busiest times of year. I dont see registerfly.com gaining more satisfied customers without them cleaning house and going ligit with their customer services. Its a sad world we live in when a company can be successful and offer nothing but greif to the majority of its customers. They will be sued, Im sure of it. I have already contacted my lawyer.

Just to see what would happen, I sent email to Mark Klein at his purported address of sales@registerfly.com. Not surprisingly, the letter was ignored. On top of that, my trouble ticket got removed from my account but my issue remains unresolved. --SJR

I feel for the employees that take shit from the frustrated customers that have been done wrong by the decisions of the two owners. The employees are people too.... focus your anger on Kevin Medina as HE is the one that is stealing from you.

Better yet...Customer Support is now in Pakistan. No more NJ in USA people. Try explaining your issues to someone who cannot understand you!!! All I can say is, those NJ employees were very fortunate to be able to get the hell out of Registerfly before they lost their dignity. The owners Kevin and John (and they think no one knows who they are) had no respect for their people at all...or for Registerfly.com. Good luck to all of those customer support people who got away unscathed !!!

we just tried to transfer our domain to another server after 2 years of very unsatisfied business. Long story short they will not release our domain and we have had to switch our domain name that we have had for 8 years. These people are the most unprofessional people i have ever dealt with. YOu can never get them on the phone, and when you do its after you have been on hold for an hour and then they feed you the same line of bull-we will switch dervers and everything will be finr in 24 hours-but guess what? it never is?
