Good video, but all the accreditation removals, etc I don't believe is going to change anything. I've still a domain there with a RRP authentication code and I feel the only way I'll get it back is when it runs out in Nov.

Instructions below from Mr. Zupke directly:
Quote:
Please write to transfer-questions@icann.org if you wish assistance related
to your problem with Registerfly.
Please also follow the steps below or your message may not be timely
handled.
If you are continuing to experience unlocking, auth-code, privacy
service/protect-fly, or other whois problems preventing transfers, please
send an email to transfer-questions@icann.org with the following details in
this format:
1. all domain names affected;
2. your registerfly account name;
3. the email address associated with your registerfly account;
4. a brief explanation of the specific problem (in other words, say "I can't
get auth codes from the control panel," or "I can't unlock my domain name in
the control panel," or "I can't log into my control panel" etc.);
5. the date when you last attempted to do the thing you can't do.
Before you hit send, please (PLEASE) double-check to ensure that you've
included all of the details listed above. If you don't include the details
above, we will return your email to you with a request for additional
information. This will slow the handling of your complaint and also unfairly
limit the availability of resources for other registrants.
Please use email address transfer-questions@icann.org . You will receive an
auto-response / anti-spam verification email, so be sure you are writing
from an email address you still have access to or we won't get your message.
Please also note that ICANN cannot force a registrar to renew a domain name.
You may, however, transfer your registration to another registrar. To
transfer your registration, you will need to unlock the name, populate your
whois record with valid email addresses (that you have access to), and
obtain the auth code from Registerfly and provide it to the "gaining
registrar." If you are having trouble with any of these steps, please
follow the instructions above.
Thank you.

RRP authocode at this time is pretty much a case of broken data from what i find. Hence the video. YOu wont solve it through the interface. It will require assistance, and at this time ICANN simply forwards the request thru to registerfly, much in the same way that Registerflies.com did last month.
Although i got lucky and there was help through the registerflies option ( no longer available ) i'm afraid ICANN says "wait 5 days" in thier email response.
Thats what it is at this moment, & of course its the webmaster that gets the blame. There is NOTHING fair about this at the moment with such a persistant betrayal of trust on all sides of this situation.
Hi,
Thanks very much to the organisers of this site. Somewhere on the forum I found the info to contact ENOM. As my main domain was still an ENOM domain, I believed I didn't have major probs. Sure enough, the ENOM phone support just told me to send a screenshot of my regfly admin area with my ID and they would simply transfer my domain to ENOM account.
5 days on, and three mails later, no response from them. I am using 'Customersupport@enom.com'. Trying to call support again but stay on hold for 30 mins then get cut off.
Anyone got any ideas. This is an ecommerce site that's now down for 2 weeks. Name expired - have been trying to renew it on regfly since before expiration.
Can someone please explain why the RegisterFly.com website STILL has the ICANN Accredited logo displayed right there on the front page??????
Because NO ONE is working at RF. They are all at home or somewhere other than at the office. Since, the court handed RF back to Kevin and ICANN said "GOOD BYE!". ICANN can't do a DAMN thing to fix RF.. NO ONE CARE ABOUT RF ANYMORE.
Registerfly is not warning anyone about the current situation. No Fessing up to the problem, no honor in any way, not even a lame excuse or rebuttal.
RPP = DEATH by Registrar
e.g. a $5k web development project for a decent website can be held hostage by a damn 10 dollar renewal failure.

On a positive note... I got a call from Registerfly this morning in response to my support fax I sent Fri.. Call came from FL. The support person, Julia, was very nice and gave me 4 Auth codes over the phone that I had requested and pomised to email me the other 9 that I need - 7 of which are RRPs...
So at least they are trying to be helpful... although online support tickets do go unanswered.
That said - nice video! Summarized many of our frustrations.
And thanks again, Admin, for this site. Misery loves company and you have provided us a home. There are probably thousands of RF customers that have no idea all this is going on. Thanks for keeping us updated!
Have you managed to transfer your domains with RRP code given by them? As for me, I can't still transfer them although I've got auth code. Anybody is facing this problem like mine?
That their accreditation does not legally end until 31MAR07. I find it strange to split the removal of accreditation by ICANN in immediately terminating the right to use the logo but they remain accredited until the end of the month.
I just can't imagine what I would be going trough right now if my business domain name was with Registerfly and I couldn't transfer it... or worse yet, it expired.
There is some serious Justice that needs to be handed out to all the parties that allowed this to happen or set back and watched while it happened.
ICANN needs to be cleaned out and new people put in place that can ensure that domain names are safe!

I couldn't agree more ICANN needs to be canned, they are useless.
I have not been able to transfer RRP names. I was told yesterday on the phone by Julia at Registerfly in FL that she would get the correct Auth codes for those RRP accounts and email them to me... so far 24 hrs later no email....
I managed to transfer all my non expired domain out from r'fly.
One of it was on registerfly's flylock.
I managed to change the contact mail on the whoise page.
Got the auth code under the same place by clicking "configure".
Within 5 days all out.
but i lost one precious domain due to their problem.
i also paid for the renewal. Will we get a refund for the the ones we have paid for but not renewed ?
Now that it passed the dead line of 31st march, R'fly is no longer a license domain host by icann already, are they still able to point those domain still there to the members websites ?
I transfered my names to goddady.
It can't be transfered out of the host for 60 days but can do internal ownership transfer.
Hope they are ok though some horror stories of late that they steal domains too.
They surely don't want to end up the same fate as R'fly own action. Dugged their own grave due to internal problems.
But those domain I transfered out still shown inside R'fly. How is this so ermm ?
