		<description>Updates On Regfly.com

Ok, couple days ago we reported the first Registerfly (index.php?option=com_content task=view id=212 Itemid=115) update since August. That day I called Tucows and spoke with a Sheila, (in sales) and was told that they are working with Kevin Medina and Robert Oneill to get them back on their feet. She said that David Woroch of Tucows (http://about.tucows.com/corporate/team/davidworoch.php) had been down to Miami and paid these two a visit and are working with them once again. I've sent a letter to David Woroch asking for information and nothing has been returned. People seemed to be confused, with what Regfly is saying and what's really going.

		<title>Registerfly Status update - Regfly.com Chat</title>
		<link>http://www.registerflies.com/registerfly-news/registerfly-status-update-regfly.com-chat.html?Itemid=115</link>
		<description>Who is Regfly

Registerfly.com is now forwarded to the new Regfly.com. It's looks very similar and it's obvious it's Registerfly... Right? Well at this point, we're not exactly sure and haven't seen any press release or news about this. However, we did get a chance to talk to some interesting people that may help understand as well as a live online chat with Bob at Regfly.com and it's very interesting to read his responses. He was not interested in answering a few easy questions about Regfly and I'm posting them here. Read them for yourself.

		<title>Welcome Back Registerflies</title>
		<link>http://www.registerflies.com/site-news/welcome-back-registerflies.html?Itemid=76</link>
		<description>
This site has been offline since August and I apologize for not keeping it going. Other projects were more important and after our last hosting experience with HostNine, the site was all messed up and had to spend hours collecting data and working on files so that it could be revived.

Registerflies is here to stay

With both the support of some of the folks here and other people in the industry, Registerflies.com is here to stay. Our focus is not going to be just on Registerfly or Regfly.com but the entire industry because not much has changed for the better. Please read on to see what's planned for the future of Registerflies.

		<title>Registerfly Class-Action Lawsuit UPDATE!</title>
		<link>http://www.registerflies.com/class-action/registerfly-class-action-lawsuit.html?Itemid=115</link>
		<description>We have an update on the Registerfly Class-Action Lawsuit being pursued by Clarke Dummit and company at the Dummit Law Firm. This is good news that Dummit has not forgotten us and is still pursuing this case against Registerfly. Looks like the next step in the lawsuit will be a Questionaire and then each class participant will have to prove their losses. This can be rather complicated due to the estimated value of domain names, losses of hosting, theft of money for services not rendered and every other loss incurred. Please read on for the official notice.

		<description>
For those of you who are unfamiliar with what's happend with
Registerfly and the transfer of domain names to GoDaddy, I wanted to
post an update. There are some of you that may have landed on this site
being somewhat confused about what is going on with Registerfly, GoDaddy, Enom,
ICANN and all other parties involved in this domain name debacle that
has turned the domain name industry on it's ear. Please read below.
