AFAIK, no one has got RegFly to renew at all, not for a long time. If you can get the auth code, you can still transfer it out, they are not stopping that. If it is an enom domain, they'll charge you $19.95 to get it out of redemption.

Getting auth codes is in Question 4 of the big FAQ

thanks but this is not for expired names which show under 'expired names' list:

QUESTION 4
Q: How do I get my \'auth\' code?

ANSWER: REGISTERFLY
A: If your domain registrar is RegisterFly and not ENOM, then you will be able to get your auth code. There were troubles in the past with this, but recently regfly seems to be showing the codes again.
1) Go to manage domains (where it lists all your domains)
2) Click a domain (anyone will do)
3) Click the
beside Domain Contact Information
4) Click CONFIGURE button at the bottom (you need to do this... it wont list the code in that ajax table that pops up first)
5) You will now see input boxes to edit the data
6) Scroll to the bottom and you\'ll see a box saying Authorization Code
7) Copy that code... it looks like 9AHE3HaZv7 or something like that.
Open notepad... and type your domain name and the auth code
9) Go up to the top of the page where theres it the dropdown with all your other domains. Click it... choose the next domain on the list.. and click GO. Then repeat steps 6-8 for each domain. EACH DOMAIN HAS A DIFFERENT AUTH CODE.
10) Save the notepad file. Then... when you transfer them to another registrar, you\'ll need to input these codes.

anyone to help me here? :-)

thanks,

I was actually able to renew one domain. I'm not sure that that's not the goal ... to get people to renew through RegisterFly. I STILL can't transfer it out. My messages to Julie, Robert O'Neill, ICANN, etc. have all been ignored.

One support ticket was answered. The answer was "You'll need to tell us which domains you want unlocked." Apparently, "Here's my login name. Please unlock all of the domains I control" wasn't specific enough for these <description deleted -- even though "truth" is an absolute defense to allegations of libel>.

Nothing else from them despite an immediate response to their comment, and another ticket.
